Q1. How does the ordering process work?

Once you see the product you like click on the Add Cart button and the product will automatically go into the Shopping Cart. Once you have selected and added all the products you want to buy into the cart you View your cart and click on the Checkout button. You will need to enter your Personal Details, Delivery option and Payment option. Once you have done that Order will be complete.

Q2. How long will my order take to be delivered?

We do our very best to deliver your order within 24 hours or if possible within the same day. All depends on the courier. Your order will be processed within the same day and we try to get the courier to come collect within the same day unless it is in the evening which is usually then will be picked up the next day.

Q3. What Payment Options do you have?

Currently there are 2 ways of payment:

  1. If Local Pickup – you can make a direct bank transfer or Cash Payment at PickUp
    2. If it is a delivery – you will need to make a Direct Bank Transfer and notify us of the paymentDirect Bank Transfer

Q4. Do you accept Credit Cards?

Our online system doesn’t accept cards but you can pay through PAYPAL. Let us know that it is the method of payment you want to make once you have made the order by emailing us to and we will send you a link to pay through your card.

Q5. My order was shipped incorrectly. What should I do?

We make every effort to ensure your order goes out correctly. If you find any missing or incorrect products, please call us on +94773011202.

In some cases, an item(s) may not be available at time of shipment. These items will not appear on your packing slip and will not be charged.
